Form SC 13G for the Hoppel convertible debt (400M shares) filed today.

So it is possible that the earlier convertible debt prior to today was not Hopple and that most of his was done today. Makes no difference,it is the amount remaining from 981M that counts going forward (see my previous post).
It would be nice if $REDG could actually keep track of all the notes and provide updates to shareholders on conversions left in the way some other companies in almost exactly the same situation do.
