The stuff about Hulk Hogan should have remained private. EVERYONE has a right to privacy in their own bedroom, and also whatever despicable stuff they may say in private should remain private. I hope that the Gawker case scares other disreputable websites into cleaning up their acts.
In the opposite scenario, people using public forums, but hiding under fake names, to try to drive a stock price down, SHOULD be exposed. I hope that the Ashcroft firm/CTIX decide to go after SA and lieHUB with guns blazing, to force revelation of identities of those involved in the criminal conspiracy against CTIX.
