To this day BGL has not said why they terminated the "litigation" after they filed their annual report where they still mentioned being "in litigation". Also understand that as long as there are legal issues/litigations on a mine, that a senior miner could decide not to go forward buying the mine. A senior miner wants to buy mines without legal hassles or any kind of issues with the mines. As BGL terminated the litigation, it's now time for senior miners to step up and move forward and grab Cinco Minas/Gran Cabrera while the price of gold and silver is still relatively low.
