Believe me I rather have a large share buy back rather than a reverse split. Honestly, I feel that a rs is the death of a company. I unfortunately have been through it more than once. Then I was shocked to go through one that worked. The difference is they were a strong company that did what needed to be done for the good of the company and the shareholders. I believe HJOE would not do a rs to harm shareholders. We all know they could of already done that.
Secondly, and if somebody with more knowledge on this subject please explain for me. How would a huge buy back work right now if most people on this board, including myself, believe that most of the shares are in "strong hands?" How do they buy back all the shares they want or am I missing something. We don't know the actual authorized and outstanding share count right now
