I certainly understand the concept of it, and could see it as a potential scenario as I posted, after an initial surge and settle in a .20c range. This would allow people to secure hefty profits as it moved up, thus free trading shares are less impacted by the blow. Still early in the rise of HJOE to even consider it as I mentioned in my last post, but people certainly need to be prepared for anything and everything in the OTC.
