As most people know the financial reports released by pink sheet stocks are questionable and not reliable, hence the reluctance to invest in those companies. The QB platform requires audited financials and allows comfort in the knowledge that the data is reliable. The funds are now free to make investments based on the audited financials. It is this potential that will initially drive the stock price. The actual earnings will be the factor that will make the company attractive as an investment and drive the stock price up or down as the case may be.
