I understand what your saying, but for me RS do not sit well, just my opinion but I think RS's are nothing more then a companies way of legally stealing your cash, and I know that's not what's happening, but it may as well be. If a company wants to reduce shares then a buyback would be the only way it would work for me, or retire shares held by company.
