Re: Thundersteel_03 #6027
Lets keep the market psychology at the back of our heads with this one. If HJOE makes it to that level, there will already be a driving force pushing it up, unless .20 becomes a lengthy settling range. With volitiliy and some crazy swings, a couple of blue sky breaks could happen well beyond .20c, thus a reverse split becomes unreasonably burdensome to the PPS.
A buyback is a much more reasonable option to stabilize the SS. Particularly if HJOE moves beyond .50c, as entirely different type of investment dollar and philosophy enters the equation. Don't forget, if HJOE puts up multi-millions, those dollar signs will entice bigger purchases, making the likelihood of wild upper surges that much more possible.
Introducing a R/S into the equation before any type of uplist would simply destroy investor confidence and we'd see the typical penny stock crash over a short period of time.
I think they'll stay the course and avoid a split at all costs. Of course, if this is the gem, and it could be, and they somehow catch up their financials to their fundamentals, then we could be at the early stages of the next Monster beverage company. Just my opinion, but it seems logical.
