On nearly identical volume to AVXL. I thought that up listing assured higher volumes and institutional support? Something interesting I was looking at the other day.
AVXL has what 35 million shares in the float now, yet look at the short interest. 3.8 million shares.
~10%

Yet CTIX has what ~100 million in the float and only 1 million short.
Only ~1%

I have seen the thought posed that up listing actually encourages shorting since one can use options to cover the danger of a stock price spike whereas that is not possible with Otc-bb stocks. Thoughts?
