We meant the Licensing Agreement tho, aside from the SLAs.. LA was agreed upon before the news of the SLA shtuff when Muse said something along lines of "tpac starts off with $1mil profit".. And at the time when i asked when revenue is accounted for the LA, they said (cant remember verbatim) that it terms of the 1 year agreement begin as soon as contract is signed.
