Oh, and yeah I do know that from time to time some of it is necessary dilution, but I still firmly believe they've been doing this with that as a top priority the entire time. If not they wouldn't have taken the steps that were taken to drastically reduce exposure to dilution due to conversions even tough it delayed the audited financials that were required in order to up-list. Also, they could've taken the express approach and jacked the dilution to the moon like a lot of start ups do. I'm thankful as all longs should be that they've taken the approach they have.
