But yes, many of the documents are 6 years old and older!
AND OLDER... WOW! I Think looking into 6-8 years old information; I would be AMAZED to find if there were no mistakes, miscommunication, and "language" issues. In reality I am sure Kyle never thought any persons would review that much of data when he communicatied with individuals.
I just for fun reviewed the last 7 days of my emails. I found lots of spelling errors. I found some emails that were misworded and misunderstood. So several emails took place to clarify the situation. Most importantly it took me like 2 hours. And that was just for a week. How much time to review 2800 pages 6 years and older.
I wonder if just specific emails will be brought to light that will not show the whole story. I am sure with that much data anything can be concluded if it's picked apart with an agenda.

The fact is though SFRX or any other company has not found the missing 1715 fleet yet. It's been over 300 years and nothing. I do find some peace knowing a company has spent over 8 years looking is closer to finding a treasure ship then anyone else.
First running a company for that long is hard enough let alone running a company following strict SEC guidelines. I have not delt with FBAR but I have been dealing with insurance companies for years. They are always changing their "lingo"... They lost applications I submitted several times. They have been through different management with different agendas. The bottom line is
Business goes on.
We learn from mistakes.
We continue to make mistakes
Business goes on.
Some may say mistakes makes you a liar
Some may say mistakes make you ignorant.
If it was not for my mistakes I would not be where I am today. I am so grateful for those mistakes because it created HUGE success in my world.
I am 100% sure Kyle made mistakes in 2800 pages of emails. I am certain that the FBAR has also lost applications, miscommunicatied, and has had different priorities in 6 years or more.
I am also certain that business goes on at SFRX... AS WE ALL KNOW THEY HAVE PERMITS NOW AND PERMITS PENDING. ALSO CURRENT FININCIALS ARE UP TO DATE WITH STATE EXPECTATIONS.
Everything else is WHAT you want to make of it.
