I believe I am correct. Likewise you are entitled to your opinion.
I am doubtful that the library valuation was completed as HHSE identified in their Q1 Report dated 31 MAR 16. Has anyone on this board seen the valuation that was too high??? Since then, HHSE has had April, May and a portion of June to rectify --- they have had ample time.
