There were still conversions out there. Meadows was still able to do something like 1.5% per quarter. Some are short sales. Some are flippers taking profit which includes shorts covering their positions. Some are market makers. It's a mixed bag that's missing only one critical ingredient to send it shooting upward: big capital investment. The uplist and the big distribution announcements are going to get the party started.
