Hmmmm, very interesting Big A. So, I guess the question is / will be, at what point would a forward split come into play, to allow the new investors to come in, because of an increase in shares ? Obviously, we want new investors to increase the value of the company. So, if we have growth, which I see absolutely no reason why we would not, then, the only option would be an F/S because no one , or , very few would be dumb enough to sell any time soon.
I know Bill wants to go to the NAS or other higher exchange, and it is my thinking that just before that happens is when we will see the split happen. Also, most investment firms will not buy or invest in a stock that is below 5 dollars a share. That would mean that we would need to be at, at least over 10 dollars a share, and more likely 15 for comfort to do a F/S of 2:1 which would double our shares per shareholder. That would incise some to start trading, which would create a float. Or, he could simply convert some shares into the float that he owns.
Either way, it is a win, win in my view. Like you said.....it will be very interesting and fun to watch. JMO of course. GLTA
