The way he estimates time of completion, just add a few weeks to a month to any terms he uses relating to time.

If he says a 2 weeks... Just add a few weeks to a month.

If he says a bit longer.... Just add a few weeks to a month.

I think the best thing he could do is just drop the 8k on everyone when it's done without any notice or any anticipation to it coming. Catch everyone off guard and by surprise.

I don't really like when news / filings are pre-announced that it will come in "such and such" time....then the stock moves up in anticipation.... But when there's no news it tanks.

Better to not tell any dates and just drop it on us all, when done, to catch everyone.... Long, short, sidelines, for TALK , against TALK..... By huge surprise.

That way you miss out if you were flipping or wasn't accumulating and it makes for a very aggressive pop and a lot of chasers.
