Don't be too hard on yourself. I think you are right on your first impression. The ruling can always be appealed; hence the appeal forms linked on the court order. The judge stated that the case may NOT be plead again, however. The verbiage she used stated the the Defendants motion to dismiss Plaintiff's SAC is granted. In our Motion to Dismiss, we specifically asked for dismissal with prejudice. Looks to me like she granted our request without stipulations. I think you were right originally.
