Here's how I see the general playing out. Millions of Republicsns voted in the primaries, yet tens upon tens of millions stayed home. These will be the same folks who wrestle with their conscious about going to the polls and voting for a man who painted himself as a racist, sexist, mysogonist, narcassist, vain, weak, and cowardly man. I'm thinking a percentage who are constituents of those who are now withdrawing their endorsements of Donald Trump will make the decision to forego this election. I believe more true conservative Republicans will withdraw their support as well.
I can't see a landslide, but do see Clinton taking the large progressive states like NJ and CA and do not think DT has the ground game, resources, communication network or finances to keep up with the Clintons. He will operate from a position of fear and divisiveness and Clinton from togetherness. I don't think he will convince his African Americans, his women (the ones that aren't pigs), Hispanics, Muslins or any other minority group to come into his fold.
I could be wrong, but I simply don't see a path to the White House for that guy.
