Check the Auditor Carousel - HJOE is the only company that hired Johnson that still hasn't filed the 2014 10-K.
But, I love how a few are still hanging on to Terry Johnson as a reason as to why HJOE isn't current and defending the HJOE serial scammers.
That shouldn't have stopped the 8-Ks from being filed.
