well...since nobody KNOWS the answer to this except Heddle and maybe some folks who work directly FOR him....or some folks who have INSIDE KNOWLEDGE, throwing out an ASSUMPTION would lead to nothing more than a bunch of blather. So....what is it you're looking for exactly??
How about...running the machines isn't as important at this stage of the game.....as keeping the filings current??
What does the mandated SEC filings cost?
He has a plan to get the machines going...that it doesn't measure up to our expectations at this particular time...tough cookies...suck it up!
