Agree. I just read the whole decision. It is a masterpiece. Think about the hardest, longest term paper you ever had to write, multiply that by at least 2, and you'll know the kind of effort the judge put into this.

We were REALLY lucky to get a judge like this. It seemed evident to me that she took the time to school herself in the intricacies of clinical trials etc. We could have easily gotten a judge who decided it would be easier to let people duke it out in front of a jury instead of putting in this kind of effort.
