I'm curious to see how they spin this into a bad thing. I've been avoiding Ihub almost completely for the past few weeks. I'm sure the non-instantaneous SP explosion will come up, if it hasn't already, as a negative.
I'm hopeful, that as the news makes the rounds, that SP moves up, but remain tempered.
Still, I love this ruling! I mean, I fugging LOVE it!
The judge may as well of said, "Rosen, everything you say is stupid, and the world is dumber for having to hear it."
Just phenomenal.
Now, if there were any real justice in the world, Rosen would face sanctions and all parties therein be disbarred.
