I don't think so Jersey. If the clock was restarted the filing date should be the indicator. That shouldn't happen as long as the SEC hasn't actually rejected the filing. In this case it's business as usual so far. The SEC has reviewed the form and responded with their requests for additional information or any necessary changes for satisfactory completion. Since it hasn't resulted in a request for re-submission, all should be on schedule. I haven't verified it, but I believe that's where we're at.
