Imagine if they "utilize earnings to buy back shares" post r/s if the pps gets to the levels you worry about, that would be great for shareholders. It would just mean more waiting for us ... but most of us are good at waiting by now.
Cutting convertible debt by 80% will help cutting down the painful dilution post r/s. NTEK has issued 900 million shares about the RC.
They will eventually share a long-term plan, which is very encouraging.
