here's how I dead this....there was an agreement for settlement outside of the courts..but no payment made...then plaintiff went to court to ask for judges order on a failure to deliver on agreement, which this is just that.
in the end....there is a settlement for ana mount, there is an agreement, and order to pay said amount. how that is paid could be private, could be settled in full, or something else, which I doubt. looks like an end is here for that!
