Yeah I was battling TIABturd today. He was insisting that Phase 1b/2 are two different trials and 2 cannot start until 1b is done. Complete FUD. They can take place at the same time under one protocol. APR-246 is a perfect example.

Speaking of APR-246, here's their Phase 1b result of the ovarian trial in combination with carboplatin and doxorubicin.
