i assume you are talking about hillair and crosscreek trucking. been going on since way before fuselier took over. they can't agree on a settlement. im not familiar with settlement number you mentioned. as i said tho during last phone call he said litigation is not complete. he was very frustrated in Dec. about no settlement and still is. something will have to happen soon. imo
