No you're certainly not the only frustrated SH. Many of us are and as thesmalls pointed out a trial could drag out for a couple of years. Thus, June 16 will give us some guidance with their motions. I'm hoping to see motion to void and motion to block conversions. If we get those we should feel a bit more comfortable. Otherwise we're on the scale and which way it tips nobody knows.
