Hey, Mr. Facts, Mark "helped", he didn't represent anyone. Evan asked the questions. Kyle screws someone over and you think their past is suppose to stop them from "helping" out, do ya? I think that's what Kyle was banking on, but it didn't happen. Get over it.

I understand Kyle has a bug up his rear end because all he got from the depo was proof they got a recovery permit at Juno, but he invited the scrutiny when he filed the lawsuit. And there are some JEWELS in the FBAR documents.

I realize Kyle doesn't like this, but he asked for it, whether he understand that fact or not. Live by the lawsuit....and die by the lawsuit.
