Let's see if Levy does anything about it. He's not only fucking over shareholders, he's also doing it to himself too. TALK wants to sell shares to fund UMS expansion. They're only going to get a fraction of the money that they thought they were going to get since he put out false statements which led to what turned out to be unrealistic expectations in the market.
