Are you joking? CC is a STANDARD. It should already exist. It would take somebody watching the movie with CC and typing/copying it. Sounds like a Craigslist 'gigs' job to me. $100/day? $150/day? If we can't 'afford' that, we have serious problems at Nanotech.
