Dear HHSE Friends & Followers - Legal filings, resolutions and updates sometimes move with the speed of glaciers. But as posted back in December, with further follow-ups in January and subsequent months, the TCA Global Master Fund collections litigation against HHSE has been formally withdrawn by action of their Florida counsel - which was filed today.
