It was a older tweet from HJOE in July 2015. To sum it up they said that the conversation were about to be no more, and there were not many shares left to convert and or short! Shares are in strong hands. I believe that is still the case!!!! But the KBM situation did not go as planned. So now they are stuck until court situation is complete. I asked them last year if they would do a buy back and they said yes.
