Another way to look at it. The JR was based on strict rules of the MMPR, the Judge would have to rule on thoses not the new rules that will be coming. JMO the new rules WILL be a lot less strict based on what we know about the Allard ruling. "Government can't restrict patients right to grow MMJ" So all that being said, WHAT if we lost the JR? It would be easier to get a grow licence under the new upcoming rules. JMO.
