That is a GOOD question--better than the alternative of losing $$$
VFIN and VNDM are MM's-(money manager brokers) they sell WHOLESALE or COMPANY shares. They put up FALSE Numbers, such as 10K or 1M. Depending on the PPS.
Today VFIN has been showing on the ask with 1m --over 20m have traded and they are still showing the same ###.
They can show up at any price-bid OR ask.
