We have discussed reverse split here lots of times and yet I still can't imagine what benefit a R/S serves the company at this point. It has never been explained what purpose is the R/S for? I am not in favor of a R/S as it can have very negative impact on pps while the stock is in pink territory where over 90% of R/S have severe consequences to long term shareholders. If the stock were selling for .20 a share and a reverse split was for the purpose of getting to a higher exchange then maybe that works. If the purpose is to have more flexibility in raising more funds after the split that means further dilution.
