I never said TPAC was proving their self. I said BSM ask for time to see if BSM can generate orders. TPAC has nothing to do with getting the bearing orders. Only the material, consulting, and machinery. BSM has to get their own orders. Learn to read.
This SLA does not go into effect till 2017. At that time if the deal is still on TPAC will need to file an 8K for material event. That event would be a 12.5 million payment from BSM. IMO the delay is to allow BSM time to see if they can generate orders to make the SLA profitable. If not then Im sure they will back out of the SLA. They always have a clause in the SLA for said events.
