$GNK Entry into Material Definitive Agreement
The agreement is that they extended negotiations with creditors. New deadline is June 8th.
Better loan rates, equity raise, ship sales? Don't know yet but, for me, any kind of agreement is positive news.
Company's Market value is the same value as one of it's mid-size vessels (used). They have 70 vessels, go figure!
20 M float, 73 M OS. Cash per share $1.04.
