I am a NTEK and NTGL long just looking for some real answers. Anytime an investor brings up legitimate concerns they are immediately labeled a basher or someone with a motive, That thinking is pure horsesheeeet. Does anyone really know whats going on? Perhaps another NTEK SH close to San Jose can visit the company next week (but not on a Friday) and see if they are open for business.
Here is the link for NTGL filings. NTGL quarterly filings were due 5/15/16. There is nothing reported, no extension, and no NTGL shares have been distributed to NTEK SH's

Now we hear from another NTEK long and board member that he visited NTEK San Jose headquarters twice today during business hours and the office was closed and doors were locked.
