ha!....you have never had to go in front of a Judge....or carry a retainer...eh?...ha! Let me explain something to you and everyone else....and this is a repeat elsewhere.
It is not the charge....it is what is in the body.... "the body of the complaint". How it is written. He got off because the body of such was very weak. It's as simple as that.
I hate those kind of joints though(themed)...give me a good hole in the wall that accepts cash only(hint)....and serves up a mean plate of egg&brains with a side of grits........mmmm..mmmmmm! Throw in the bacon and some of that fancy rye toast on the side.......oh boy!!!
