Good point that we are not lawyers and can only speculate.
If you pay attention to where a person spends their time and who they spend it with you can take a fairly accurate guess at what they are doing.
Bill is back in Europe and not in Canada scheduling court dates. Not to say that he is not going after the government for damages but let's get the business going first and later he can spend all the time he wants going after damages IMO.
