I'm sorry but of all the posts to respond to this is the one you chose . How about the last 6 months of questions regarding this company and lack of provable production . I guess the SEC is the excuse this time , last time your accountant was a scammer and had to let him go . Audited fins , 10 k have been promised for well over a year . .001 within a year per multable CCs ect ect ... None of that has happened .I could keep going but it's past that point of listing the unforfilled promises . What's the next excuse . I agree with the other post and please sell to someone with past proven gold mining experience to make this company legit and not full of excuses . This has been 2 + years of nothing but excuses or unprovable production . It's always someone else's fault ,your the CEO it all falls on your decisions not everyone else, please , it's time to take ownership of your faults . If it's to much to handle and it seems to be , sell as you have said you have had multable offers .Yes I am a very disappointed shareholder for 2+ years . From buying in at .0006 to .going to 0001 and no bid and SEC investigation .
