I think the punitive part end when the claim ends in Court. The damage is still ongoing......review your account.
We have lost MASSIVE amounts of money in more ways than one because of the B/S pulled on us. To simply just walk away from that is definitely not an option in my view. There is a reason why this is going the way it is. Just need to be frosty , as Mr. Magoo puts it. We will know by the end of the year or sooner where all this stands.
