I don't think it will matter one way or the other Steve, except to eat up time. If they win, KBM is gone. If they lose and have to pay 64K, KBM is gone. I am highly doubtful and skeptical that a judge will allow tens of millions or perhaps over one hundred million in conversions and two grand per day in penalties and 140% interest. I just can't see any judge thinking with that kind of logic.

Yes court is a free-for-all, but it looks like HJOE is confident in their counters, so I remain confident that either way the case falls, HJOE will have a clearer path to filings.
