Certifying 4 SEC filings that are false is digging for straws, huh?
Even if it were, it's more digging than this POS can do, at least until they get the REQUIRED environmental permits.
Statutes may be boring, but a novice that fails to read and understand them might think this POS can use a blower on the current site or has an 80/20 agreement in place with the FBAR or that the archaeologist doesn't have to report finding gold coins to the FBAR, or that Gilligan got of the island.
I realize it's hard to carry the Koward's water, but it's a choice you make.
