Perhaps, Big A.. Simply because of the violations suffered by us by Health Canada, this could be pretty bad for the government in Canada, and if we win that, then it would by nature domino with the others who have been denied. To NOT have it in a public court and with written testimony and documents would be a lifeline for the A.G. in my view. I can not see Bill bypassing that......unless he is reaching a settlement of some sort.
Of course....I do not know that so it is just guessing and trying to come up with the obvious rational outcome.

You very well may be and probably right about the wanting the license at this late date. So, a solution to pay Jim for the property use, and debtors for the building to be made whole would be up to Health Canada since they started all of that shit and is in essence their fault that we even built the damn thing. Going overseas is really a good idea as the laws are much better and more clear, but, I think if Bill wanted to drop the JR then the reason would be that he would be made whole with the above, and he no longer wants or needs the license in Canada , as you mentioned.
But, to just walk out the door with nothing.......I still doubt that.
