I'm really not sure if an 8-K needs to be filed. Last year, I asked Bill why a Form 4 was not filed for insiders who bought $TPAC stock. I couldn't find, in the email exchange between us, the exact term he used but it had to do with some kind of class of company that $TPAC is and, because of this class, they didn't have to file.
$TPAC is pink current on otcmarkets.com. Doesn't this mean they need to file the necessary forms?
