I wouldn't say the mmpr is dead as far as LP's. The court ruling upheld prior individuals right to continue to grow and that the mmpr can't supercede that prior ruling and left it up to law makers to rework the laws of the mmpr with inclusion instead of exclusion. Lp's will still be in the new system for various reasons including safety and quality. Why wouldn't we want to be part of that instead of standing on the sidelines. Longer.
