No...not really. It is based on Fascism. Fascism is to the right of Communism/Socialism(just read Trotsky). It is to the left of liberalism and progressive political thought as well. It is also to the left of capitalism.

CONSERVATIVES! are to the left of CAPITALISTS!.... as well.

So your argument is correct when coming from a socialist/communist view point but not from a modern Liberal/Progressive/Conservative viewpoint.
