Furthermore again you bring up the last court case. The BOTTOM line is YOU are NOT THE PALNTIFF, NOT THE DEFENDANT. Or even THE JUDGE. SOOOOO who cares what your Opinion is on how the case was tried. You want a Say then why don't you become the plaintiff against SFRX. I am sure Huffman would love to kick your ass again.
